Needs creaminess
I like this attempt at a healthier Mac n cheese however it is quite dry which makes it less appealing. Is missing the creamy and cheesy texture of Mac n cheese. I livened mine up with some southwest seasoning and will still get again. Just hope it can be improved over time.
